In rare cases where a repair isn’t possible or cost-effective, our engineer will clearly explain why and help you understand your options. We won’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs and will never proceed with work unless you’re fully informed and happy with the next steps.

Our engineers carry a wide range of common parts and tools for most repairs. If your appliance needs a specific part we don’t have on hand, we’ll order it promptly and return as soon as it arrives — usually within 1–2 working days.

Yes. All our repairs come with a warranty on both parts and labour. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we’ll return and resolve it at no extra cost. The length of the guarantee depends on the type of repair and parts used — but is always made clear to you during or after the job.
